EVERETT—Economic Alliance Snohomish County will host its annual Port Report on July 13 in Everett. Presented in partnership with The Boeing Company, Hotel Indigo Seattle Everett Waterfront, Port of Everett, Herald Media, and North Sound Media, the event will feature an update from the Port of Everett on its economic impact and current projects.
As a major driver of Snohomish County’s economy, the Port of Everett generates more than $433 million in annual business revenues and supports over 40,000 jobs. This year’s Port Report will feature the Port of Everett’s annual update, highlighting major initiatives, infrastructure investments, waterfront development, and strategic priorities shaping the future of our regional economy.
This year’s event is especially meaningful as the community gathers to celebrate the Port of Everett’s 108th birthday, recognizing more than a century of leadership, innovation, and economic impact across Snohomish County and the greater Pacific Northwest.
The program will feature opening remarks from Port of Everett Commissioner David Simpson, followed by the annual Port Report presented by Port of Everett CEO/Executive Director Lisa Lefeber. Together, they will share insights into the Port’s accomplishments, current initiatives, and vision for the future of our waterfront, maritime industries, and regional economy.
Attendees will gain insight into upcoming advancements in maritime commerce, tourism, transportation, and economic growth opportunities that continue to position Snohomish County as a hub for innovation and global trade.
