Custodian

Regular Full-Time Benefitted  $17.15 – $22.07 Hourly

Summary:  The City of Lynnwood is hiring a Custodian! This is a graveyard shift, hours will be 5pm – 1:30am.  The incumbent in this position is responsible for accomplishing custodial work within certain City facilities.  Duties include janitorial work.  The position is located within the Building and Property Services section of Public Works. 

Field Attendant

Part-Time – Non-Benefitted  $14.17 – $16.83 Hourly

Summary:  Performs a variety of semi-skilled park maintenance and athletic duties. Utilizes hand and power tools and operates light vehicles including riding tractors. The position is within the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department, and works under the supervisory direction of the Park Superintendent.

General Laborer – Parks Maintenance

Part-Time – Non-Benefitted  $14.27 – $18.21 Hourly

Summary:  Performs a variety of semi-skilled duties.  Utilizes hand and power tools and operates light vehicles.  The position is within the Parks and Recreation works under the supervisory direction of the Foreman or Lead Worker.  Work is performed in an outdoor environment, with exposure to seasonal heat, cold, and extreme weather conditions.  Exposure to traffic noises, traffic fumes and other traffic hazards.  Equipment utilized includes mowers, line trimmers and other power tools.
