Cache of illegal guns and drugs seized in Lake Stevens

LAKE STEVENS, Wash., February 18, 2022 – Earlier today the Regional Drug Task Force, Violent Offender Task Force, Region 1 SWAT, Snohomish County Auto Theft Task Force, and SCSO Patrol served a search warrant in Lake Stevens. The details of the warrant have not yet been released. Officers recovered and seized the following items in today’s operation:

  • 30 guns including fully auto machine guns
  • stolen guns
  • 1 pound fentanyl in powder form
  • 3 pounds heroin
  • 1/2 pound of meth
  • 200 M30 pills
  • 3 stolen motorcycles
  • 1 stolen cargo trailer
  • 1 stolen dump trailer
  • 1 stolen BMW

Snohomish County Sheriff Adam Fortney thanked the cooperation between all law enforcement agencies involved.

“I can’t thank everyone involved enough for your hard work in getting this done today,” Sheriff Fortney wrote in a Facebook post on today’s operation. “The streets of Snohomish County are a little bit safer tonight because of this investigation.”

The suspect in this investigation was safely taken into custody and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
