LYNNWOOD, Wash., January 9, 2022 – The National Weather Service forecasts a lot of rain and no snow for the week of January 9 through January 15, in Lynnwood and throughout Snohomish County. Daily temperatures are to fluctuate between 34°F to 52°F. Today’s sunny day is not expected to return until Friday when it will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of rain showers.

For two weeks after Christmas, parts of Snohomish County experienced up to 12 inches of snow followed by days of ice which disrupted garbage removal and air travel services, and resulted in school closures and delays, and some minor power outages.

Mario Lotmore
